Current Sleeping Routine

I always prep for at least 7 hrs of sleep and I start this routine 1hr before bed.

1. Open Sleep Cycle App 
2. Set 30min wakeup window 
3. Read until I’m yawning ~ 30mins
4. Stretch lower body 
5. Cozy up and snuggle

In episode one, we talked about sleep and its effects on our emotional wellbeing. We discussed some reasons why sleep is important and dove deep into ways you can improve your mood before and after sleeping.
